Internal Sales - New Business
£19K basic plus an extensive OTE
My client is the market leader for providing software solutions into schools and colleges within UK & Ireland. The internal account manager is a key member of the new business or customer sales team.
The successful candidate should have a proven track record of achieving targets, sets the example on all KPI’s and supports their line manager and head of department within the team with key tasks, campaigns and overall team focus.
A senior account manager is a good go to person in the absence of the team manager.
Solution selling the full range of products to Primary and Secondary schools with a proven ability to discuss solutions articulately and with confidence.
Understands the Education landscape and how our solutions aid learning and development.
Day to day management and maintenance of the CRM system
Accurate and timely forecasts with a strong pipeline management focus
Strong team player, willing to help others.
Innovative - ability to offer new ideas, drive sales and open new sales opportunities.
Supports the team manager within the team dynamic. Able to offer sales floor, front line opinion to the team manager to help drive sales and create a strong team ethic.
You must have :
proven experience of Internal, telephone sales in high revenue new business sales
Proven success in delivering sales order targets and pipeline generation targets
Demonstrable track record in sales, interpersonal and teamwork skills, in a fast paced, sales focused environment
Highly effective communication skills, and proven collaboration skills with all levels
Demonstrable organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks
Experience in negotiating complex commercial deals and being able to think outside the box
Bright, charismatic, positive and committed, with a strong work ethic and high levels of energy and honesty
