BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR

Are you an experienced salesperson looking to develop your career within Security?

Does the prospect of driving sales, overseeing national accounts and maximising a company's business plan excite you?

The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, organised and determined with a hands-on approach, able to provide innovative and profitable business plans that will result in increased sales and maximise turnover.

The Opportunity

  • Sell and develop the company's extensive line of security services throughout the UK.
  • Increase the company's turnover, selling into a customer base across all client's vertical markets.
  • Assume personal responsibility for the planning, development and growth of future Key National Accounts.
  • Maintain, develop and expand the company's service portfolio range within these Accounts.
  • Developing a business plan and initiatives that will maximise business sales.
  • Manage your own personal individual target, ensuring targets are met.
  • Experience

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in the Security Services market, or selling security services across another sector.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, determined and organised with a flexible and hands-on approach to work.
  • Be able to communicate and represent the company at all levels.
  • An innovative approach to developing sound, profitable business.
  • Experience of, and the capacity to work to tight deadlines.
  • Able to present convincing financial and business arguments to high-profile customers.
