Change Manager, London, Legal, £500 / day
A leading private sector organisation based in London are looking for a Senior Change Manager for an initial 6 month contract, paying £400p / d-
£500p / d.The purpose of this role is to lead the coordination for the entire workstream for cross-functional change projects.
This person will also coordinate the governance of the programme and ensure that the right processes are followed as the programme moves into BAU. Key responsibilities :
An in-depth understanding of all aspects of Change Management in both a business and IT sense, with demonstrable experience of leadership in change across people, process, culture, technology and governance.
Experience of developing staff competencies and training Programmes, especially with regards to digital and customer-centered skills and change.
Experience of managing senior level stakeholders.
Experience in creating and rolling out new Target Operating Models.
Benefits realisation and measurement experience, both in terms of driving and measuring increased efficiency, and also in terms of customer-facing outcome measures.
A natural leader and communicator.
Thorough planner and self-manager.
Experience of change and programme governance and boards, especially with regards to best practice in reporting finance, people, progress, planning and RAID. Key skills & experience :
Change leadership in a large, multi-faceted Programme environment, ideally a mixed Agile and Waterfall Programme.
Engaging staff at all levels across the organisation, ensuring their participation in teams to achieve delivery.
Someone that has worked on customer centered programmes.
Experience working on a change across a portfolio of projects.
Flexibility is essential to meet deadlines.
