Biffa Plc is currently looking for a Corporate Account Executive based at our Aylesbury office to provide administrative support with reporting and analysis duties to ensure maximum performance of the sector.

The position will report to the Account Executive Manager and provide support to the Retail and Food Retail / Energy Sectors.

Principal Accountabilities :

  • Support the Account Executive Manager and Sector Heads with project work and specific requirements.
  • Manage all outlook diary requirements while also completing a monthly report and planner.
  • Provide support for monthly meetings with customers.
  • Undertake regular data cleanse activity and system maintenance.
  • Create and maintain customer dashboards on a monthly basis.
  • Create adhoc reports when required.
  • Nature and Scope :

    The Corporate Account Executive provides administrative support to a team of account managers in the form of creating and maintaining monthly dashboard reporting for all customers within their designated sector.

    Supporting the other Account Executives, Account Managers and Account Executive Managers to develop customer reporting and project reporting for the Corporate Account Team.

    The position operates with a level of autonomy, although working towards and in line with the long-term business plan.

    The position requires the ability to manage internal relationships, as well as across all divisions including a number of departments such as Fleet, Compliance, Finance and HR.

    The role also requires the ability to build key relationships with external organisations at all levels.

    Person Specification :

  • Proven experience in a customer service environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including a good knowledge of Excel.
  • Experience in achieving clearly defined Key Performance Indicators.
  • Ability to understand numerical data.
  • Attitude for compliance and good attention to detail.
  • Good standard of verbal reasoning.
  • Experience of building and maintaining customer relationships and ability to work in partnership with internal departments.
  • Willingness to adapt and develop skillsets and knowledge as determined by post / business.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Flexibility to travel on occasion.
