The Legal Adviser will be based in our Head office in Marylebone.
The Legal Adviser (Non-Contentious) will be required to assist and support the Vice President of Legal Services and the Chief Legal Adviser (non-
Contentious) in providing a high-quality legal service to the HCA Healthcare Uk Group.
This is a full time and permanent opportunity offering a competitive salary package dependent upon candidate experience.

Duties & Responsibilities
clinical consultancy services, commercial supply of goods and services, equipment leases and maintenance, room licence agreements, Resident Medical Officer secondment agreements, software purchases and licences, overseas agency agreements, confidentiality agreements.
Being familiar with the key principles of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act 1977.
Assisting in drafting Group Guidance and Policies as required.
Drafting and reviewing related documentation.
