Senior Service Manager
An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Service Manager to join Computacenter on a permanent basis. The role is UK based, but with the ability to travel to client site in the West Midlands when required.
What the Role is :
As a Group Services Service Manager, you will be accountable for all Services delivered to our Contractual and Professional Services customers, focussed around three key areas :
People Leadership and management of the virtual customer team, ensuring all are aligned and focussed on the right customer outcomes;
Customer Ownership of key stakeholder relationships with the customers primarily associated with the Services delivered and growth opportunities identified;
Growth Growing the Contractual and Professional Services delivered by understanding the customer’s objectives and challenges, and how to convert these into opportunities for Computacenter.
Where the Role fits :
You’ll be a primary member of the Leadership Team for your customer(s) together with the Sales team and Delivery partners;
You’ll be Computacenter’s primary Service Management presence, leading in terms of all services delivered and services opportunities for Growth, managing customer engagement at a senior level;
You will interface with internal Delivery and Projects partners to ensure that all Contractual and Professional Services, both in life and new opportunities, are delivered consistently and to the required level of quality as per the contracted delivery and commercial outcomes.
Key Duties of the Role :
Contract Management : Ensuring we, and the customer, meet our contractual obligations and taking necessary steps when we, or the customer, are not, including identification, management and mitigation of risks;
Commercial Management : Owning delivery to the Contractual and Professional Services as sold baseline as a minimum, responsible for the associated P&L and mitigation of risks;
Professional Services : Playing a leading role in the pre-sales and delivery of all projects, driving consistent and successful quality in terms of delivery and commercial outcomes;
Collaboration : Driving a One Team approach with Sales and Delivery partners in order to consistently lead relationships, opportunities and in-life change;
Growth & New Business : Identifying and leading the pursuit of opportunities to develop and grow the scope of service, in line with the agreed account plan and strategy;
Customer Relationship : Taking an active role in the ownership and management of relationships with key customer stakeholders;
Leadership : Take a lead role in ensuring the virtual CC team are engaged, aligned, coached and developed in line with their Personal Development Plans and the business goals;
Strategy & Improvement : Understanding the customers strategy and then driving how we create and deliver our account plan and strategy to best fit what the customer needs to achieve.
