An opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Assistant to join their team on a Temporary to permanent basis.

This is the ideal role for an experienced Accounts Assistant looking to develop their career with an award

  • As an Accounts Assistant you will be responsible for maintaining and reconciling the sales ledger and credit control. You will also assist in the preparation of management accounts and other sales reporting.

    Your duties will include :

  • Dealing with receipts and investigating deductions.
  • Credit Control
  • Analysing cost variances
  • Assisting in the preparation of management accounts
  • Adhoc sales reporting
  • To be considered for the role of Accounts Assistant, you must have :

  • Experience in a similar role, such as Assistant Accountant, Accounts Administrator, Sales Ledger Clerk, or Credit Control Administrator
  • Experience of using an accountancy software package
  • Good Excel skills including Pivot Tables and V Look Ups
  • Experience of an ERP and payroll system would be beneficial
  • Additionally, you must possess high levels of accuracy, have a strong team work ethic with good numeracy and organisational skills.

    You must also have acertificate of qualification for AAT 1, 2, or 3, further study support is available for the right candidate.
