About the pub
The Boundary is a unique business, serving as a hub of the community and close to local amenities whilst also including a 13 bedroom lodge.
This gem of a pub has a large function business able to accommodate up to 150 people and regularly conducts large functions including weddings.
In addition there is a smaller, well-equipped meeting room within the lodge which is ideal for business meetings. The Boundary is a large open plan bar and restaurant able to accommodate up to 180 people and also offers a large outside space with children's play area and ample car parking.
The sky is the limit with this business, with plenty of opportunity to host a regular calendar of events for the locals whilst also promoting the facilities on offer here.
The pub trades at around £18k-£25k a week (the inn is currently closed for refurbishment) with a sales mix of 70 / 30 in favour of wet, but is predicted to achieve beyond this with the right Manager in place
