iRhythm seeks a highly motivated and successful medical territory sales manager to call on major health systems throughout their region, focusing on cardiology, electrophysiology, and other applicable stakeholders, to expand the growth of the Zio patch.

The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for providing exceptional sales support to the iRhythm Territory Management team.

This industry leading team is responsible for educating medical professionals about the most modern and effective ACM monitoring programs available today.

This role will primarily focus on inbound initiatives including qualification and timely response to inbound leads. A successful BDR will enjoy speaking with prospects looking for more information about the Zio platform and will enjoy supporting a large field sales organization.

In addition to qualification of inbound inquiries, the BDR set appointments for field representatives.

Responsibilities include :

A successful BDR will be an individual who embraces teamwork and works to go over and above to help provide a great experience with iRhythm.

  • Professional and timely responses to all inbound sales inquiries
  • Time management to successfully manage various projects, and support of multiple teams
  • CRM / Salesforce data entry and compliance
  • Maintain a positive attitude and working relationship with all prospects, customers, patients and iRhythm associates
  • Adhere to corporate policy and HIPAA standards in handling patient data
  • 1-2 years experience with sales support, preferably in a healthcare or related field
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office - especially Outlook; Word, Excel and PowerPoint preferred
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management software; Salesforce.com preferred
  • Candidates must possess strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Additional preferred qualifications include :

  • Must be flexible, able to adapt quickly and positively to change, able to handle a fast-paced growth company environment.
  • Strong and professional communication skills via phone, e-mail, or social media. Strong commitment to quality.
  • Demonstrated patience and professionalism in stressful situations. Experience in a multitasking role preferred.
