Our North European Marketing Department in United Kingdom is looking immediately for a highly motivated

Marketing Team Assistant (f / m) (working 60 %)

Reporting to the Head of Marketing North, this role is broad in function and is responsible for supporting marketing team needs across Northern Europe.

Supporting the region, first and foremost with administration tasks, team organization, ongoing team travel, calendars, and meeting plans.

You will be usually working in and around London and occasionally from home with monthly visits to the Swindon office of Triumph.

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Provide a supporting role to each of the regional Marketing Managers, with logistical and administrative tasks, such as PR & influencer product orders, packing, wrapping and send outs
  • Provide an essential supportive role in preparing for press, influencer events and activations in stores by being boots on the ground and providing a necessary extra pair of hands
  • Support the Channel Marketing Specialists across the North region in organizing Sales & Marketing Conferences and PR events
  • Supporting the Brand Team with planning & execution of Consumer Events in stores
  • Corresponding with internal & external partners
  • Supporting the Head of Marketing NORTH in other ad-hoc projects
  • Your ideal profile :

  • First working experience gained in fashion / retail industry ideally in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interest in marketing field
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • High business and solution orientation
  • Flexible & mobile
  • IT proficiency : MS office
  • Hands-on, pragmatic, energetic and high sense of initiative and drive
  • Strong capacity for teamwork
