About the team :

A new team born out of the desire to give Strategy top priority, and of which you will be one of the founding members, trendsetters and visionary parent.

You will grow an ecosystem of partners in International Markets that can help our customers capture full value from FIS propositions.

As the Strategic Partnership Manager, you will establish, grow and manage strategic partnerships with world class companies to unlock value and increases competitive differentiation that ensures the growth, viability and financial success of the Corporation.

Over time, we expect you to become a visible and respected industry thought leader, representing FIS in industry press, with equity and industry analysts, industry associations, at industry conferences, FIS conferences, strategic sales opportunities and senior executive meetings at key accounts.

What you will be doing :

  • You will develop and execute the International Markets partnership strategy for the next 12 - 18 months with the help of stakeholders across Enterprise Strategy & Innovation, Sales, Product, Operations & Delivery, and Business Units.
  • We anticipate a focused approach around prioritized regions ( 3) and, within those regions 1 - 3 counties for which global and local partners are installed.

  • You will develop deep and broad relationships with executives at partner organizations, and be the FIS go-to-person for these partners.
  • You will manage all day-to-day relations with executives at partners.
  • You will lead commercial and contractual negotiations with partners and onboard them as partners.
  • You will identify mechanisms to track results and feed this back to FIS colleagues and leaders.
  • You will drive joint development of co-marketing material in terms of case studies, thought leadership, article creation, etc.
  • You will identify other new opportunities in collaboration with FIS colleagues, defining a business cases to justify further investment.
  • You will develop and monitor the partner landscape in general, in particular the prioritized countries.
  • You will create best practices share learnings and across the corporation
