Job Description
Seeking a hardworking Landscape Foreman who is motivated and add their experience and skills to their dynamic team!
Assist in preparation of job sites
Coordinate with the workflow and ensure all work activities are carried out in a safe manner
Operate various tools and equipment including heavy machinery, bobcat, excavator, etc.
Resolve work related problems
Organize and direct planting of trees, gardens and lawns
Comply with all company policies and procedures
Repair and maintain equipment
Plan timing, labour, equipment and material require to complete projects
Requirements :
3-5 years in landscaping construction
Proven Leadership in the past
MUST have a G-license, clean driving record and own vehicle
First aid and certificates for operation of equipment (bobcat, excavators, etc.) is a MUST
Knowledge of specific materials, methods, tools and equipment required to complete projects
Operate various tools such as chainsaws, laser levels, and related tools
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications to complete work activities
Ability to set levels and grade surfaces professionally and evenly to specification
Steel-toed boots.
Organizational skills and problem solving.
