Our vision is to Redefine Media’, to create powerful client business outcomes through a command of media convergence.The Global Client Service team is looking for an enthusiastic and bright Digital Account Manager to work across an exciting and digitally focused global client roster with a majority focused role on Phillip Morris International - IQOS, working on products and brands within their growing smoke and tobacco-free portfolio.
Role PurposeThe Digital Account Manager will be a key member of the Global digital activation team. This team is the interface for day to day digital scope management of the digital media client team (based in Lausanne) and orchestrate deliverables with all relevant stakeholders, ranging from internal global specialist functions to media owners.
In Addition to the remit towards the digital media client team, the Activation team is playing a key role with local markets & Regional Hubs to ensure best practices, best in class planning and execution are being delivered in markets.
The Digital Account Manager will therefore need to form a strong relationship with the Carat local network to ensure a smooth working partnership and that the local teams deliver against the central workload whilst also balancing their local commitments.
As we are working at a very fast pace, the candidate needs to be efficient with time management and deliver against committed deadlines consistently.
This person will actively participate in the success of central digital campaign strategy and facilitate the sharing of planning guidelines across the network to ensure its implementation but as well engage frequently with specialist teams to ensure excellent campaign delivery.
As part of our remit on PMI, this will extend to planning, buying, optimising and reporting centrally activated media plans.
Generating actionable consumer insights (using Dentsu Aegis Network proprietary tools) and having a genuine curiosity for innovative media / technology solutions will play a key role as part of this assignment.Key Responsibilities
