My client is a majestic 5* hotel in the heart of picturesque Oxfordshire countryside, offering 54 luxuriously styled rooms and an award-
winning AA rosette fine dining restaurant.
They are looking to recruit a new Executive Head Chef to deliver consistently high standards across both the restaurant and their banqueting & events business.
You’ll play a vital part in delivering a fantastic guest experience, with a keen eye for detail and be a perfectionist at heart.
The right candidate will go above and beyond to exceed guest expectations, and be an ambassador of the company, committed to delivering the consistently high standards.
The Executive Head Chef must have the following experience :
Minimum 2 years’ experience in your current role
Background managing multi-site kitchens within a 5* hotel and / or AA Rosette environment
Show innovative menu development
Be financially aware of costs and driving profits
Have strong leadership skills and be able to work closely with other senior members of the team
