SHOW US HOW IT S DONE
Support the Store Manager in driving team performance through effective communication of HC vision and goals
Provide excellent leadership and develop high-performing teams
Support the Store Manager to drive store sales and drive team performance
Maximise all commercial opportunities in-store through timely implementation of HC promotions, offers and marketing initiatives
Lead and support in coaching the team to deliver exemplary guest service through role modelling and contributing to setting guest service standards through the team
WHO YOU ARE & WHAT YOU HAVE
Established Assistant Store Manager or Supervisor looking for the next level, with strong experience in a seasonally busy environment ideally within a luxury brand or retailer
A leader with spirit and passion in line with our products, people and values
Evidence of leading and managing a high-performing team to deliver results
Flair for HC products and an affinity with our guests
Experienced in a consultative selling environment, ideally premium products
