Job Description
My Client currently requires a Nursing Home Manager to join the team at one of their homes in the Essex Region. They are looking for a manager who would embrace a challenge and has a passion for high-end delivery of care.
My client is looking for a professional and dedicated Home Manager to run this home.
You would be responsible for ensuring the residents receive the highest standards of care whilst maintaining the commercial viability of the home.
You must have experience of managing a large nursing home and have demonstrating good management with a strong CQC report.
You will lead both the care and support teams to the highest level to strive for excellence in all areas of the service provision.
As home manager you will act in compliance with all relevant legislation.
In return you can expect a very competitive salary of £75,000
