You'll have the following responsibilities
Support the execution of the end to end tactical plans that deliver the pan-BT ethnicity strategy, using data and insight to design the activities that will deliver most impact and enable to achievement of BT’s Ethnicity ambitions
Build strong working relationships with other SME colleagues across the different business units, Group Centre of Expertise (COE) and our diversity networks
Create and innovate new ideas and pilot new D&I interventions within the business to progress ethnic minority representation and improve ethnic minority colleagues’ experience
Provide subject matter expertise to HR, Leaders and stakeholders re : methods to increase ethnic minority diversity and inclusion
Responsible for reporting progress against the agreed plan to ExCo, HRLT and others as required.
Coordinate and deliver major pan-BT programmes which are agreed and signed off by ExCo on behalf of the ExCo sponsor including governance and stakeholder engagement.
You'll have the following skills & experience
D&I and / or Culture knowledge and experience
Ability and interest to research internal and external practices
Able to generate ideas, proposals and initiatives
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Stakeholder management and evidence of ability to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders
Able to manage multiple projects and priorities using project management tools including agile ways of working
Story-telling with data : strong skills in building the case for change, drawing on data and analytical techniques where appropriate, and communicating this to business audiences
