About the role :
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our growing team delivering across our innovative product base. Working directly with engineers, internally with our key teams and third party delivery partners, you will help deliver our exciting and innovative roadmaps whilst coaching teams to optimise delivery.
You will have a collaborative leadership style, building strong relationships with people to facilitate a culture of trust.
What You'll do :
Take ownership of the project management of one or more streams of delivery across our portfolio’s
Work as part of a multi-skilled team (including engineers, designers, product managers)
Align & relationship manage delivery from our third party delivery partners as part of an overall delivery stream view
Coordinate geographically dispersed teams
Build and coach teams as well as individuals
Create and maintain team roadmaps and backlogs with product managers
Work with stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure clear and precise delivery of products to market
Be trusted to use whatever project management tools are appropriate for the situation
Characteristics of successful candidates :
Has real experience in Agile development
Has real experience of working with distributed teams
Has experience of managing vendor delivery teams
Has experience (although non critical) of Sportsbook, Casino or Gaming related delivery
Passionate about creating a culture that builds and enables high performing multidisciplinary teams
Has experience of working directly with engineering teams
Excellent facilitation skills
Confident and adaptive coaching style
Organised and transparent with regards to plans, milestones and deliverables
Good relationship manager and negotiator, able to build agreements with business stakeholders
Advocates an environment where the right decisions are made through consensus
