Customer Relations Advisor

The Office Support Division of SF Group is currently recruiting for an immediately starting Temporary Customer Relations Advisor working for a company based in North Leicester.

This is an exciting opportunity working in a fast paced office environment.

As a Customer Service Adviser you will :

  • Deliver service excellence within the customer contact journey ensuring consistency
  • Report to Senior Management and work within a close friendly team
  • Key Duties Include :

  • Deal with all customer contact including emails. Telephone, drop-in visitors.
  • Monitor and manage all enquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manager
  • Creating and maintaining accurate records of customer contact
  • Liaising effectively with all departments and ensuring KPI's are met
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR
  • The Ideal Candidate :

  • Good working knowledge of MS Office and PC literate
  • Professional and approachable manner
  • Previous experience in a customer service or complaints based role
  • Able to work well under pressure and meet
  • This Customer Relations Advisor role is working Monday to Friday paying 10.98 per hour and is a temporary opportunity with the potential to go permanent.
