Business Support and Administration Lead (B4S)

Location : Holyhead, Anglesey

About the role

Here at Babcock we are currently recruiting a Business Support and Administration Lead.

You will responsible for :

  • Assist in co-ordinating visits to the Babcock bays at RAF Valley for stakeholders, sub-contractors and associated parties.
  • Maintain internal databases
  • Handling external and internal communication and management systems
  • Drafts, formats, and prints relevant documents
  • Organizing, arranging and coordinating meetings. Creates agendas and takes meeting notes
  • Create, update, and maintain personnel training records
  • Maintains accurate records for employee holiday requests
  • Carrying out additional duties as required by the bay leads, assisting with administrative or clerical support
  • What do I need to do the role?

    You’ll need GCSE’s Grade C or above in mathematics and English Language, NVQ Level 2 / 3 Business Administrative or equivalent significant experience in an administrative role, working knowledge and use of IT Operating Systems (MS Office Suite), Excel and the Internet, security clearance to BPSS / CTC level and a Full Driving Licence.

    What else do I need to know?

  • All applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK and be subject to satisfactory security clearance which includes 3 years reference checks.
  • Verification of any qualifications / passport / licences must be shown at interview stage.
