Performance Solutions develop and support bespoke desktop, web and cloud-based software applications and deliver associated consultancy services to our customers.

We are looking for a Full stack Developer to join the team in Loughborough and help us with various aspects of software development and support.

Your main responsibilities will be to :

  • Work on projects to deliver bespoke software, consultancy and associated services to customers within the agreed time, costs and quality standards.
  • Participate in all phases of bespoke software projects including; gathering and clarification of requirements, production of technical specifications, software design, implementation, deployment, support of UAT, training, documentation, support and progress reporting.
  • Participate in both client and internal meetings.
  • Provide customer support in line with SLAs and coordinate with other team members to ensure coverage.
  • Support business development activities including; identification of new opportunities, understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions, accurate cost estimates, proposal preparation, system demonstrations and presentations to existing and prospective clients.
  • Identify and help implement improved ways of working to drive efficiencies and improve standards.
  • Position Qualifications

    To qualify, you need to have :

  • Significant technical skills in the following areas : C# .Net development.Experience in using cloud platforms including Microsoft Azure IaaS and development using & Javascript.
  • Knowledge of databases and SQL language.

  • At least Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in mathematics or another similar discipline.
  • Flexibility to travel and work within the UK and overseas for various periods of time.
  • Full Driving License.
  • The below elements, although not required, will be considered a plus :

  • Knowledge and proficiency in : Code Control (GIT).Unit Testing both manual and .
  • Experience using Agile development.
  • Use of Azure DevOps for code control and work / sprint planning.
  • Consultancy and business analysis skills.
  • Knowledge of the Oil and Gas industry.
  • Knowledge about Digital Transformation.
