Job Description : Hard Services - Permanent NRL are currently recruiting on behalf of one of their clients for a Hard Services Manager to be based on Sellafield, Cumbria.
About the role : Reporting to the Head of Operations the Hard Services Manager will lead the hard services team to deliverPPM and reactive works across a range of disciplines to quality, budgetary and safety constraints across the Sellafield site.
Dealing with direct staff, subcontractors and suppliers to deliver a proactive service which supports the contractual KPI’s.
Ensuring delivery of financial and operational targets, whilst building positive relationships with internal departments and the wider business group.What you will need :

Working knowledge of standard form public service contract (NEC 3)
Health & Safety awareness with a minimum IOSH Managing Safely qualified
A sound understanding of Customer Service Levels and KPI management
Strong strategic thinking capabilities with a record of delivering measurable results in a management role
Commercially aware with a robust understanding of financial and commercial contract operations
Ability to lead people whilst inspiring them to overcome challenges and to deliver measurable performance improvements
Proven ability to empower, coach, motivate and develop people
Demonstrable experience of communicating and interfacing with clients at a senior level
Demonstrable experience of team leadership
Good understanding of IT systems including MS Office and preferably the Archibus CAFM system
Be able to demonstrate experience in work planning / organisation
