We have an exciting opportunity for a Purchase Office Manager to join our ever expanding business. As Purchase Office Manager the role will involve :

  • Manage the department to ensure all workflow is delivered on time
  • Hold regular team meetings to communicate departmental and company performance
  • Ensure the team are working to process, provide training & support where required
  • Identify better working practices and build on processes within the department
  • Identify pinch points, resolve or escalate to Senior Management
  • Supply Chain - Evaluate, audit and manage suppliers to ensure compliance to business requirements mitigating risk
  • H & S Compliance - Ensure the department complies with current legislation including the products we purchase
  • BS Compliance - Manage and ensure the departments compliance with the requirements of BS
  • As Purchase Office Manager you will need :

  • Positive, diligent, proactive, dedicated, can do attitude
  • Purchase management experience
  • Excellent organisation and management skills
  • Ability to prioritise and complete simultaneous projects
  • Excellent math and analytical skills together with attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both written and verbal
  • Self-motivated with excellent people skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
  • Good supplier relations
  • We would be really excited if you have :

  • Membership, training and accreditation of CIPS
  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of commercial understanding and apply that to business operations
  • Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills
  • Fluent in Microsoft AX Use
