Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data held within Incopro's systems related to content protection and advertising monitoring.
Provide these services in a timely, professional and courteous manner.
Identify, categorise and add websites / ad campaigns to Incopro's databases;
Answer queries from within the team and from customers;
Support the work of analysts that use Incopro's databases to provide reporting and services to customers;
Troubleshoot issues and ensure processes are running correctly;
Provide feedback to the Product team regarding further evolution of automation technologies.
Qualifications, skills and experience
Knowledge of the anti-piracy landscape, specifically to copyright infringement;
Knowledge of internet technologies and computer networks;
Good data entry and manipulation skills;
Good English language communication skills, both verbal and written;
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
Anti-piracy or brand protection experience;
Knowledge of online investigation techniques;
1+ years professional experience in an analytical or research role;
Self-motivated with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines;
Proven ability to be flexible and work hard, both independently and in a team;
Good analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail;
Good interpersonal, facilitative and negotiation skills;
Highest levels of integrity and ability to handle sensitive / confidential information appropriately;
Willingness to flexible in regard to working hours and business processes.
