As Senior Informatics Sales Manager you will be responsible for supporting the commercial team sales process and securing new business, delivering complex IT solutions for automation and molecular laboratory systems and driving incremental IT sales, providing internal comprehensive training and support programmes that ensures organisation IT competence and business retention and managing global informatics sales team and EMEA technical team.

Major Accountabilities : + Responsible for informatics business development, growth, deployment and support in EMEA+ Technical advisor to support AMD customers' requests regarding LIS connection, cybersecurity and Abbottlink for remote services AlinIQ always on+ Lead and mentor informatics commercial team globally and technical team for EMEA+ Drive adoption of Aforce globally and measure IT opportunities+ Drive standardization of strategic selling process globally by supporting and sharing best practices to the team+ Evaluate the potential globally for the launch of new IT product(s) and work closely with area and global marketing on all launch activities.

  • Ensure high level of sales specialist competence by establishing a training / development plan for the commercial organization+ Establish and maintain reference site in EMEA+ Lead cross-functional communication between AMD, COE and customer prioritization+ Co-developing solutions with customers that meet / exceed customer needs and differentiate Abbott from competitors Education and Experience + Bachelor's degree.
  • Knowledge of laboratory operation is highly desirable.+ Strong experience in the health care market and industry+ A good sales track record in the healthcare informatics industry+ Strong Leadership / Management skills and experience.

  • Strong ability to analyse data and find ways to use data innovatively to provide valuable insights for customers.+ Strong working knowledge of ADD, COE and AMD to engage to get tasks accomplished.
  • Effective customer interaction skills. Expertise in setting and managing customer expectations.+ Ability to negotiate win / win solutions for Abbott and customer+ Strong organizational and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to influence / lead without direct management responsibility+ Solid oral and written communication skills+ Fluent in English.
