Atalian Servest is currently recruiting for an experienced Payroll professional to join our friendly, fast-paced payroll team, who processes high-volume payrolls across multiple entities.

Reporting to the Head of Payroll, in this newly created role, you will use your experience and knowledge to identify and deliver key process improvements as well as support the wider team with the delivery of accurate and timely payrolls, and monthly and annual returns, and administration of colleague benefits.

Contract : Permanent, Full-Time

Working Hours : Monday to Friday - 09 : 00 to 17 : 30

Your primary responsibilities will include :

  • Supporting the delivery of UK and ROI Payroll across multiple legal entities, divisions and pay frequencies
  • Collaborating on the implementation of projects and change affecting the Payroll team and ensuring the Payroll teams readiness for change
  • Supporting the development and capability across the Payroll team
  • Assisting with payroll strategy and transformation; partnering with HR colleagues at all levels, engaging stakeholders and representing payroll in new initiatives
  • Identifying and driving improvement to ensure the delivery of an efficient and quality service
  • Supporting internal and external audit and reporting requirements
  • About You :

  • Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP) qualified or equivalent payroll experience
  • Experience of supporting implementation of system changes
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines, prioritise workload and manage multiple workstreams
  • Decision making that takes accountability of policy, legislation and the wider team deliverables
