About the role

Are you a Quality Engineer from the medical devices / pharma or aerospace environment and do you have experience with internal audits, compliance and validation?

If your answer is yes, then read on!

We have a new opportunity due to a promotion in our team of 7 quality engineers in the large plant of 700 + employees. You will be responsible for monitoring all the operational aspects of the quality system and improving operational efficiency, on the shop floor, handling non-conforming material and driving Continuous Improvement.

Key responsibilities will include :

Support cross-functional activities in the execution of v alidations, internal audits , third party regulatory audits and customer complaints

Use six sigma continuous improvement techniques to implement suitable corrective / preventive actions to reduce quality issues.

Ensure compliance with documented specifications and procedures

Develop and issue control plans, quality documentation and visual aids.

Provide training and development for Statistical Process Control ( SPC ), and mentoring Quality Inspection Teams.

About you

The successful candidate will have experience in a quality role within a high-volume manufacturing controlled environment.

You will ideally have knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing principles, experience with MS Excel, Minitab or similar statistical analysis software, ability to influence people.
