We employ 19,000 people from 34 locations. Job Purpose : To supply mixed ingredients to the right quality standard in line with the plan.

While maintaining storage of chilled and prepped ingredients in line with rotation, hygiene and safety procedures.Always ensuring these duties are completed in line with Company policies and standard operating procedures, including PPE, Food Safety, Health and Safety, clean as you go’ and Good Manufacturing Practices’.

Must Haves : The ability to understand and pass, as a minimum, entry level English & Numeracy requirementsAbility to understand and undertake food safety qualificationRight to work documentationHave a flexible approach to work and hoursAbility to understand and adhere to health and safety requirementsAble to carry out duties in line with Occupational Health requirementsAbility to maintain personal hygiene standards Role Specific Accountabilities : 1 Mix materials as per the plan, ensuring that the correct ratio of product is used and recorded.

2 Use scales to correctly weigh materials in accordance with standards.3 Load and store material in containers, ensuring they are accurately labelled and the allergen segregation procedure is followed4 Load materials into sanitizer tunnels, mixers and / or cookers, following relevant procedures.

5 Remove waste and clean equipment and area in accordance with procedure. Inform Mixing Skilled Operative / Section Co-ordinator of waste disposal.

6 Visually check the quality of the product (colour, texture and size) against standard. Report any defects found. Core requirements when undertaking role1 To carry out duties in other areas at the same grade or below, for which instruction or training has been provided.

2 Initiate STACK procedure, when necessary, to enable non-conformances to be resolved efficiently (Stop, Tell manager, Product on hold, Can’t start line until it is fixed, Keep a record)3 Take instruction from Co-

ordinators, Team Managers and more senior managers4 Support new starters and agency workers as required.5 Communicate effectively with others at all times.

6 To demonstrate tasks and accountabilities competently at all times, including visits and audits by external parties.7 Able to work effectively as part of a team.
