Why this role matters

This role contributes towards delivery of the EE Base and Customer Value Management (CVM) plan by developing, implementing and evaluating commercial management activities that increase customer retention and lifetime value.

  • Constantly looking for ways to optimise customer value through insight and data analysis. Using commercial levers to effectively protect and grow the EE customer base, with particular focus on : base behaviour and analysis;
  • customer investment levels; lifetime value analysis and optimisation; digital enablers; and segment moves.

    What you'll be doing

    Ensuring adherence to investment limits

    Influence channel commission to drive the correct behaviour to achieve EE trading objectives

    Contribute to business cases for projects and programmes to achieve EE trading aims

    Accountable for identification of issues which could impact channel P&L, driving solutions for improvement through SME teams

    Develop and sustain a thorough understanding of relevant markets including competitors, consumers, government, regulatory and other interested parties

    Accountable for financial analysis providing additional interpretation of base and financial data to enable base growth through Retentions and Loyalty

    Responsible for contributing to the weekly performance of increasing customer value and reducing churn

    Responsible for the collaboration with Retail, Consumer PAYM Marketing, Brand, Devices and SME Marketing to ensure churn risks are mitigated

    Value management experience

    Proven ability to deliver revenue and profit growth initiatives

    Strong written and verbal communication

    Outstanding commercial acumen

    Initiative and analytical capability to identify issues and drive solutions

    Excellent negotiation skills - influencing stakeholders to ensure delivery of objectives
