We are looking for Team Leaders to support leading ourteams to ensure the smooth day to day running of the department and to providean environment that allows our team to perform at their best.
About the role :
You will be a role model in demonstrating a commitmentto delivering a superior guest experience and taking ownership of shift andservice delivery by :
Leading and coaching the team’s daily activities to ensure all areas of responsibility are covered
Training your team in the Warner Brand Standards and ensure all team are adhering to them
Communicating, motivating, and always understanding team engagement levels to identify opportunities to provide an engaging and fulfilling place to work
Working collaboratively with the Department Manager
Supporting the Hotel by carrying out any other duties as requested
