As a Senior Customer Analyst you will be responsible for customer analytics and insights for the loyalty programme. You will evaluate metrics such as customer behavioural change, customer engagement and profitability.
You will have access to a multitude of analytical and data science tools and will be the go to analytics specialist for the loyalty programme.
You will share your findings with the wider team and key business stakeholders in a commercial and compelling manner. This is a key role which will help determine the future success of the loyalty scheme.
Experience required :
5+ years’ experience in analytics, preferably with experience in retail or customer data analytics.
A strong technical skillset is essential. You must be an advanced user of SQL and ideally Python.
Experience using Power BI or a similar data visualisation tool.
Experience mining large and complex data sets.
Experience using statistical and data science techniques to deliver business projects.
Ability to deliver analytical insights and recommendations in a commercial and compelling manner.
This position offers a fixed salary of up to £65K depending on experience + bonus + excellent employee benefits.
