We are currently hiring a research director to join our quantitative (IQ) team, please read on for the details of this position.
Core Job Responsibilities
To play a leading role in the development and growth of Cello Health Insights IQ unit
To be considered the key point of contact and an expert at Insight for quantitative projects
To work with the Head of IQ to develop key quantitative offerings for Insight and bring them successfully to market to ensure Insight IQ’s offering stands out from other quantitative practices
To investigate opportunities to develop partnerships with various suppliers in order to further maximise quality and efficiency
To maintain and build key accounts to generate revenue and drive growth and profitability
To identify and develop new quantitative business opportunities in the UK and internationally
To maintain and build client relationships with a large roster of global, regional and local pharmaceutical clients across a number of key therapy areas
To generate revenue / support others in the generation of revenue via proposals / pitches / on-going client relationship building
To provide support on multiple quantitative projects in order to deliver innovative client research solutions to build client satisfaction
To support project teams proactively from initial brief to delivery of final results
To provide leadership, creativity and flair to the project design and deliverables
To ensure research projects are successfully implemented through effective overview and management of the team
To provide effective coaching, leadership and management to motivate and develop direct reports and work teams
To provide coaching, training, development and motivation for a number of direct reports, other team members and colleagues
To work across departmental boundaries and partner with colleagues to share research, business and client knowledge and insight
To be an effective member of the Cello Health Insight organisation and support Company initiatives
To participate in Company meetings and implement Company procedures
To seek ways of improving quality and show awareness of need to continually innovate
Support Cello Health Insight values, show appropriate enthusiasm, creativity, drive and responsibility for tasks and their own development within Cello Health Insight
With guidance, begin to develop knowledge of the company strategy and their role in its execution
8 10 years’ experience in research or professional services organisation, of which :
8 -10 years’ experience in quantitative, research-based project management role, with at least :
5 years’ experience focussing predominantly on more complex methodologies such as conjoint, pricing and segmentation
5 years in ad-hoc research
Healthcare knowledge or experience would be highly beneficial.
