A growing creative business based in Wrexham is looking to recruit an e-commerce Sales Team Leader to manage their e-commerce Team and lead key e-
commerce accounts across multiple countries. The successful candidate must have previous experience with managing and working with third party online retailers such as Amazon and Ebay.
The role offers a chance to work across multiple departments to deliver significant growth of e-commerce platforms, ensuring there is sufficient stock and that we are utilising the online platforms to full potential.
As the E-Commerce Sales Team Leader you will work closely with the Regional & Sales Manager and be responsible for driving sales and growing revenue whilst managing and mentoring a small team and be enthusiastic, proactive and be commercially astute.
Duties and responsibilities :
Management, development and implementation of the strategic e-Commerce strategy.
Be the main point of contact for key customers.
Build a cohesive relationship with the e-commerce account coordinator, SEO executive and Supply Chain Team Leader.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns which will strengthen and develop revenue growth.
Provide weekly updates and present to management the progress / performance of accounts along within any industry updates.
Sales budget responsibility and management for yearly and monthly targets.
Continuously work on optimising product pages across all global e-commerce platforms.
Review and identify additional e-commerce platforms the business should be working with, being targeted to developing presence in new and existing areas.
The Candidate :
Must have strong communication skills and be able to engage with business professionals at all levels.
Must be highly motivated to achieve goals set and push accounts to their full potential and have previous experience working in a similar environment and managing a team.
Must be articulate, friendly and outgoing in order to convey a variety of ideas and concepts.
Ability to work to a very high standard whilst under pressure.
Must have a good standard of literacy and numeracy with the ability to calculate profitability and pricing.
Must be organized and have excellent time management skills
Must be able to use word, Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft packages to a high standard.
Demonstrated capability of driving online sales growth.
Google Analytics, SEO AND PPC experience is desirable.
Although this role will mainly be office based, some international travel may be required.
