Verantwoordelijkheden About the role As our Workday Lead, you will be responsible for the overall design, deployment and maintenance of Workday at Arriva.
You will manage a team of front-line user support and technical analysts to ensure that changes and improvements to Workday are assured and released from Sandbox through to Production in a controlled and robust way.
The role contributes to the wider People Solutions Centre of Excellence through collaboration with the Change Manager and Reporting Analyst so that business engagement and adoption can be managed successfully.

A deep understanding of HCM data and solutions architecture, especially relating to integrations into other systems that use HR data, is essential to be successful in this role.
You are able to clearly translate technical dependencies into internal customer risks and benefits, and you are skilled in project planning, resource management, risk monitoring and mitigation.
Highly analytical, with strong ability to identify, troubleshoot and resolve problems and issues, you can prioritise workload and provide timely follow-up and resolution to ’close the loop’.
You are experienced in managing a team that is working in a global, remote and cross-cultural environment, and can collaborate with team members to understand and develop technology solutions for business needs.
You display a passion for delivering service excellence; and developing a culture of easy to do business with , where customer’s needs are anticipated, and positive actions are in our DNA.
You have the ability to fully comprehend holistic view of global systems structure and HR processes and long-term impact of all decisions in order to manage and make solid, independent decisions with confidence.
