This is a 9 month FTC role (maternity cover)
Based within the digital marketing team at our Headquarters in Baker Street and reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of the digital marketing team and the digital media strategy (excluding social media).
Working to support the residential, commercial, and international business needs.
This role requires stakeholder management and project management skills, the ability to collaborate and bring people together to align to a common vision and a strong customer first’ focus.

Manage the digital marketing team to deliver against business objectives.
Budget management across the digital team.
Manage relationships with external agencies that the digital teamwork with.
Lead on all paid media, including budget management (exc social)
Lead team on all earned channels and the liaison with the web development team (exc social)
Drive lead generation for qualified business opportunities across multiple B2C and B2B environments.
Manage testing process, briefing process for the digital team.
Evaluate new channels, benchmarking, and reporting.
Knowledge of analytics, reporting and continuous improvement across our paid media campaigns.
Present strategies, plans and results to senior stakeholders, identify impact, areas of success and optimisation for future planning and delivery
Work collaboratively across the wider marketing communications team, in the UK and globally, engaging with channel experts from PR, content, internal communications, creative services and marketing operations
Work with creative services and external creative agencies where applicable, ensuring effective briefing and delivery of items on time and on budget
Professional experience and personal skills profile
Marketing qualification and / or five years’ marketing experience preferred.
Experience in digital tools such as Analytics Platforms (PowerBi, Google Analytics), SERP platforms (Adwords, Google Console etc), CRM platforms, lead platforms.
Excellent stakeholder management, listening and influencing skills
Experience of using the entire marketing mix to deliver impactful campaign and results
Exceptional team player, this role requires a highly collaborative approach
Demonstrable experience in managing creative and media agencies
Confident and articulate; ability to listen, communicate with and present to people at all levels of the organisation
Flexible, adaptable, and collaborative; able to work individually and as part of a team
Pro-active and a strong sense of self-motivation
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint
