About the role
As a Childrens Community Support Worker you will support the individuals to build their communication skills through your interactions with them.
You will support the individuals to engage in sensory activities and enjoy new experiences
As a Childrens Community Support Worker you will support and enable people to live the life they choose
You will support individuals and encourage them to make choices, to express themselves, live as independently as possible and run their own lives as much as possible
There is always an opportunity to work additional hours supporting other services.
