The Solution Architect is effectively delivering expertise in designing, building & deploying Esko’s solutions at Customers.
Your primary customer base will be converters and trade shops who are seeking to enhance their processes for prepress & packaging management in with the objective to increase profitability in this area.
Your main focus will be on integrations with 3rd party software, Automation Engine and WebCenter. It’s a results-oriented role where you will work with a diverse range of projects, technologies & customers.
Main responsibilities and key activities :
We facilitate workshops to discover needs at Esko customers & new prospects. Explore on new opportunities. Communicate outcome in an appealing presentation to Customer, sales and pre-sales.
We host scope & design workshops at customers to technically define the solutions to be implemented. Report findings and follow-up with customer, sales & pre-sales.
We deploy Esko's powerful workflows, ERP integrations and packaging management solutions from conceptualization till customer acceptance.
We provide the appropriate documentation to prepare, execute and complete deployment projects.
Harmonize with Esko Product Portfolio teams on market requirements to improve our software
Be open to continuously follow-up on new market trends, new technologies and feel comfortable to present & implement this at new & existing customers.
Qualifications and professional knowledge :
Endorse to function in multi-functional teams, networking effectively with others to achieve desired goals
Operational knowledge of the overall packaging industry, including design, prepress, printing and finishing.
Good understanding of the different market segments we address : Labels, Folding Carton, Corrugated, Flexible Packaging and Large Format.
Good knowledge on Esko products in general. Expert knowledge on Automation Engine & WebCenter.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to review project results for completeness, quality and compliance with established project standard.
Strong client consulting and relationship building skills. Ability to interact with upper level management at customers.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Fluent Italian or French, both written & spoken is a plus. Additional languages are a plus.
Bachelor or Master degree (or equivalent professional qualification)
Travel required up to 70% of the time
