Job Description

Elevation Recruitment Group (Marketing Division) are currently recruiting an Internal Communications Manager on a 12 month FTC (maternity cover) to join a successful services company based in Rotherham, South Yorkshire with the option to work from home from time to time, and hot desk from their Leeds based office.

My client will also consider someone on a part time basis (4 day week).

Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Communications, the Internal Comms Manager’s role is to ensure that all strategic internal communications are integrated across the company and to all 8000 employees.

Your key responsibilities will be (but not limited to) :

  • Push out the internal communications process and strategy across the company, focusing on employee engagement and awareness raising about the business
  • Implement and deliver the internal comms programme
  • Manage internal communications budgets
  • Write promotional and marketing material
  • Newsletters; E-bulletins; Intranet; Internal roadshows
  • Experience :

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Experience of developing and implementing internal communication plans
  • Experience of working with executive and director levels, confident in stakeholder management
