    Brighter Future

    The Reablement Teams provide a short term intervention service to people in their own homes working in a person centred, holistic manner to support either the regaining of independence with daily living skills or provide an assessment for on-going care needs.

    The teams work as integrated partners with our health colleagues providing Rapid Response Hospital Discharges and therapy exercises.

    The post holder needs to demonstrate they are able to work on their own or part of a team, be enthusiastic, reliable and flexible.

    A full driving license is a requirement of the role and access to a vehicle that is insured for business purposes is desirable.

    Support Living Networks provide 24 hour support focused on enabling each individual to maximise their independence, choice & control.

  • The support provided comprises of assisting tenants with all aspects of daily living; household management i.e. cleaning tasks;
  • weekly food shopping; preparation of meals; managing finances / budgeting & understanding the requirements of maintaining a tenancy agreement : accessing community services including adult learning;
  • day care & job / career opportunities.

    Experience of working within the Care sector is desirable, however if you have the necessary qualities required of this role, have a caring, friendly and positive approach we would welcome your application.

    Induction & training will be given to successful applicants. We have a range of casual, permanent and temporary contracts available.

  • Starting pay negotiable dependent on experience between £9.55 to £9.94 per hour on an incremental scale. Hourly enhancements paid at weekends;
  • travel and mileage is also paid.
