We are looking to recruit Two Business Analyst to join our team based at our Leeds City Centre office. With this role you would become part of the UK’s largest provider of genuinely free independent debt advice and managed solutions.

This is a crucial role in determining the success of our growth plans. You will be responsible for delivering quality analysis as allocated by Lead Business Architect to support the build and continuous improvement of the Charity’s CRM platform.
Identify issues, inefficiencies, impacts of external influences and other drivers for change and work with the business area’s leaders to develop documentation for approval of new projects.
Critically evaluate and analyse information gathered from multiple sources to ensure requirements are complete and unambiguous, reconcile conflicting information, break down high-
level information into details, build up low-level information for general presentation and context and distinguish user requests from true change requirements.
Understand business processes and business requirements, translating them to requirements artefacts such as functional spec / user stories.
Use modelling and / or other techniques to analyse impacts to the business area and to the charity and its clients and where appropriate work across teams to present different options.
Facilitates discussion with Product Owner, delivery teams and leadership teams to ensure alignment of priorities. Helps team translate high level strategic themes and requirements to tangible deliverables and backlog items.
Through clearly articulated presentation to stakeholders validate, verify and prioritise requirements, making sure they align with the business needs and strategic
A minimum of 1 year actively working in a business analysis (demonstrable)
Preferable knowledge in managing business change and business readiness, would be ideal
Transformation background would be ideal, but not essential
Agile working experience and flexible approach to methodologies
Practical and demonstrable stakeholder management skills across all levels of the business
Able to articulate complex information across many channels of communication
ISEB or similar qualification is desirable
MS Office incl. Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Established Business Analyst / Systems Analyst or Technical BA
Track record in planning activities and coordinating resources to achieve an outcome
Proven experience in business analysis techniques, analysing data, modelling processes, drawing conclusions and presenting information clearly
Proven experience of working within an agile project management framework (essential)
Understanding of waterfall project management framework
Knowledge of process mapping techniques and process mapping software (desirable)
