Are you a culinary expert who loves leading a team and making amazing food? We’re on the lookout for a Head Chef to lead the kitchen team and grow with our business.
What we need from you :
Experience in a similar Kitchen Manager / Head Chef role or ready to step up from Second Chef / Sous Chef position
A passion for producing food to be proud of
A motivational team-leader who can make sure our food and hygiene standards are consistently high
Clear communication with your team
Ability to work collaboratively with the General Manager to ensure success of the business
A positive attitude and ability to create a buzz in your kitchen to keep your team motivated
A desire to develop and retain their kitchen team
