Want to be a part of our team?The primary role of the Pre-sales Graduate is to support transactional pre-sales requests for all clients whilst developing skills in technology and the services that underpin them.
Working with NTT’s Pre-Sales teams, Sales and Sales Support the graduate will be responsible for the correct technical specification of solution designs which are of a transactional nature, while developing skills in specific technical areas and higher complexity pre-sales activity including : networking, Wi-Fi, security, communications and collaboration, cloud, datacentre, and end user computing.
Working at NTT Key Roles and Responsibilities To support high volume transactional’ based pre-sales requests from all clients.
To gain confidence in presales, both technically and commercially and win the position of Trusted Advisor with internal and external customers.
To work with all technology practice Solutions Architects (more senior presales consultants), Sales Support and Account Managers / Sales Specialists to produce accurate designs and proposals for NTT customers using standard technologies and services specific to NTTs technology focus areas.
Act as Design Authority for any technical designs that are produced. To assist in the production and validation or generation of equipment list schedules and Scope of Works for the customers and pre-sales.
To assist the Business Unit presales with the technical qualification of a new business opportunity or prospect, or a requirement within an existing / prospective client, ensuring it aligns with NTT target markets, portfolio, delivery and lifecycle services capability.
Liaise with customers and attend customer meetings to help gather information and explain the solution benefits, as required.
Proactively assist in winning mutually profitable business with our customers To broaden the engagement with customers by adding value and positioning services / products from our entire portfolio, as appropriate to the Customer requirements.
Job Requirements Relevant degree qualification. Current UK driving licence. PC literacy (Microsoft Windows, Office, Visio, Project).
Excellent communications and presentation skills. Excellent people skills and emotional intelligence. Proactive self-starter.
Ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and easy to follow manner.
