Your day-to-day will be :

  • Formulate operations business strategy with all key stakeholders
  • Design policies that align with overall strategy
  • Implement efficient processes and standards
  • Coordinate customer service operations and find ways to ensure customer retention / satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with local and international regulation
  • Oversee the implementation of technology solutions throughout the organisation
  • Manage contracts and relationships with customers, vendors, partners and other stakeholders
  • Evaluate risk and lead quality assurance efforts
  • Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity and engagement
  • Report on operational performance and suggest improvements
  • The ideal candidate will have the following :

  • Experience of managing and leading operations team within Financial Technology industry
  • Strong understanding of merchants onboarding processes and best practice
  • Creative approach to problem solving, often thinking outside the box
  • Proactive approach to the working environment with flexibility to adapt to changing demands
  • Instil and maintain the highest level of customer service within the team by taking full accountability for the service offer and building a membership model for both existing and new customer
  • Proven to be self-motivated, self-directed, and flexible with the depth of tasks you’ll take on.
  • Excellent organisation and time management systems.
  • Clear Communicator - you are a clear and concise communicator with the ability to synthesize a lot of information quickly and highlight the key insights.
