As a Senior Consultant you will gain a wide variety of skills andexperiences across a range of engagements. You’ll play a vital role in conceiving strategies for ourclients, planning the implementation, and at times strategy delivery.

As a Senior Consultant yourresponsibilities will include :
Analysis and insight : executing rigorous andinsightful analysis to build an evidence base to support strategy developmentand change
Tools, skills and frameworks : utilising effectively thosetools that can be brought to bear on new client problems, and shared as bestpractice within the team
Leadership : independently leading a workstream orsmall project
Team management : managing and supporting juniorresources in order to ensure successful project delivery
Relationship management : working closely with clientsand internal teams, developing strong professional relationships and liaisingwith teams to deliver a seamless client experience
Continuous Learning : proactively developing your own skills,seeking feedback, building knowledge, and sharing your insight with colleagues

Preferably you will be based in either Londonor Edinburgh. Post-Covid, it is expected that travel will be required forclient projects.
Whilst some clients are London or Edinburgh-based, we do spendtime on site with regional and international clients. We specify full mobilityfor our consulting roles but we make arrangements respectfully.

Showing strong performance and academiccredentials. We are looking for people who positively enjoy addressing complexproblems in an analytical manner, with a proven record for effective deliveryin a project environment, and with a keen interest in financial services.
To qualify for therole we are looking for :
Direct experience of strategy and transformationwithin a consulting firm, an Insurance (Life or Non-Life), Pensions or Wealthfirm or involved in Insurance, Pension, Wealth or Asset Management activities
Awareness of the UK Insurance (Life or Non-Life),Pensions or Wealth market, including macro trends (regulatory, economic, andbusiness factors) and an understanding of what is driving change in the sector
A strong academic track record
Flexibility to travel
Additional desirableattributes include :
A post graduate qualification (completed or inprogress), e.g. MBA, CFA, CIMA
Any sector specific qualifications (e.g. FSA coursesor relevant Certificates)
Experience of working for a FinTech / digitalstrategy / transformation and / or innovation
Experience in analytics and the use of data in afinancial services environment
Experience in commercial due diligence
