Are you a consultative sales professional looking to work for a growing and successful online property platform? Our client is looking for a Regional Business Development Executive to join their team of 5 with the flexibility to work remotely.

The company was established in 2019 and have successfully grown their client base across a variety of property disciplines and services to include Architecture, Planning, Estate Agency, Developers, Land Acquisition and Contractors.

They offer an online network for property professionals to connect and advertise their services, as well as sharing useful property insights and news.

With exciting growth plans over the next couple of years, they offer further progression for the right candidate.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage a specific local region in the South East, South West, North West, Midlands
  • Possess a strong understanding of the company's services
  • Research and generate leads in the target market as well as following up on leads from the marketing team
  • Close new business deals by negotiating agreements and tailoring a solution to fit the client's requirements
  • Meet with clients face to face and via video call
  • Understand the target markets, including industry, company and projects
  • Manage sales pipelines
  • Collaborate with client services and sales teams to ensure that sales targets are met
  • Manage existing relationships
  • Follow the latest industry developments and stay up to date on competitors
  • Required Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years in business development
  • Preferably B2B sales experience
  • Client facing
  • Consultative sales approach
  • Knowledge of the property sector would be advantageous
  • Entrepreneurial and flexible approach
  • Driving Licence
  • Ability to travel within a designated local region and travel to the Head office in Bournemouth once a month
