Accountable for delivering business hiring demand by aligningresourcing strategy and operational excellence to business requirements
Accountable for all end to end operational vacancy fulfilmentacross all grades and hire types. Thiscovers the resourcing communications advertising strategy, effective managementof the RPO provider, and contingent workers, working with the Senior HireRecruitment Partners and any external executive search firms and agencies.
Accountable for Director hiring for client group
Resourcing Relationship Manager to HR and the business. Provides high touch engagement and oversightof the Resourcing service.
Design, plan, drive and lead transformational initiatives,projects and continuous improvement to ensure
Resourcing Expertise- Drives continuous improvement and service innovation bydesigning, implementing and delivering transformational Resourcing initiativesrelevant to your business unit and in keeping with the Barclays way.
Resourcing Stakeholder Management- As the SME for Resourcing, lead and ownthe end to end operational delivery for all hiring across the designatedbusiness unit.
Recognise that we arepart of a wider HR service and work with HR Business Partners and colleagues todeliver a holistic, professional and timely HR service to the business area.
Director Hiring- Own the end to end recruitment process forDirector hiring
RPO & 3rd Party Management- Working in partnership with the RPO toensure that the appropriate attraction and selection strategies are in place todeliver top talent and superior hiring experiences for candidates andstakeholders
Risk, Control & Resourcing Governance- Assesses the impact of current andproposed Resourcing policies from a regulatory and operational perspective, inconjunction with the Resourcing Compliance Manager
Excellent experience in Recruitment or HR Resourcing specialistrole with experience of working in a diverse and complex business
Significantsupplier management expertise. Ideally from an in-house / RPO background
Good understanding of employment law and compensation and benefits
Excellent appreciation and understanding of attraction strategies,incorporating initiatives such as EVP (Employee Value Proposition)
Demand / attraction / selectionmethodologies
Projectplanning / delivery
Extensiveexperience of senior stakeholder management.
Excellentnegotiation, communication, influencing skills.
