We are currently looking for a client services advisor to join our team, here at Inenco. This role is to be the first point of interaction between Inenco and clients in order review and resolve queries to achieve 100% client satisfaction across all areas of client service delivery.
The responsibilities and daily tasks of this role will include but not be limited to : -
Office administration duties including, scanning of invoices & ad-hoc work as required.
Responsible for first line case management resolving client queries ensuring excellent client satisfaction.
Inbound call and email handling and query resolution via 1st line Helpdesk.
Case que management, triaging and delegating cases to other team members where applicable.
Handling of 1st line Change of Tenancy requests including, completion of missing data on forms ensuring that these are complete and accurate for the CoT Team to process.
Handling of customer and supplier debt and disconnection issues.
Resolution of standard invoice validation cases passed from Data and Invoice Management Teams ensuring net savings are accepted.
Ongoing and proactive management of customer issues and escalations through effective case management ensuring that clients are kept updated on case status ensuring excellent client satisfaction.

In order to be successful in this role you will be required to have skills and experience in the following : -
Strong communication skills verbal and written to articulate to the client
Confident in liaising with internal and external stakeholders
Competent excel user
Problem solving skills
Ability to keep calm under pressure and balance multiple workstreams
Adaptability & willingness to learn
A can-do attitude
Experience of managing basic client queries and delivering excellence in client satisfaction using a client management system.
