We are looking for a Senior DC Consultant (Associate Director) with a focus on supporting trustees and sponsoring employers of Occupational DC ( trust based ) pension schemes to join our Employee Benefits Consulting team.
The role would have direct responsibility for clients but may also support a more senior colleague in delivering consulting services to clients.
An appropriate candidate would need to have a good understanding of the trustees’ duties in managing a scheme in accordance with legislative and The Pensions Regulator’s requirements.
In addition, the candidate should have a good understanding of current trends in the market, such as TPR’s campaign to consolidate the market and be able to support clients with navigating these challenges.
In particular, the candidate should have experience of supporting clients with establishing new pension arrangement and transferring existing assets in bulk between occupational schemes on a with or without member consent basis.
Important aspects of the role will be the ability to build effective relationships with other team members, provide support to more senior employee benefits team members and proactively develop skills to make an increasing contribution to the Company.
