Overall summary of the position :

As an Operating Department Practitioner, you will deliver a professional and efficient service, working alongside your colleagues in our dynamic and fast-paced sites.

As an integral part of our clinical team, your skills as an Operating Department Practitioner will help us to deliver on our vision to make healthcare better.

What will you do as an ODP with Connect Health?

  • Working alongside Consultants and other Health Care Professionals as part of an MDT to deliver a safe effective service in the best interest of the patients.
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and technical standard of work, complying with relevant Codes of Practice.

  • Work on the Mobile pain management unit (ambulatory theatre) to deliver high quality out patient care within a community setting
  • Be willing to travel and on occasion stay overnight in order to deliver this service
  • Work as part of a team to provide pain management interventions and injections
  • Be actively involved with patient care and meeting the expectations of our patients satisfying their experience ensuring patient satisfaction
