Salary£18000 to £18000 p / a
Pour yourself into this phenomenal role with one of the worlds top luxury brands as a Chef de Partie based at one of their hotels in Cadboll.
The job will involve working alongside the current brigade & taking responsibility for a designated section of the kitchen.
There will be a strong emphasis on creativity and flair along with a strong work ethic. You will be learning from a fantastic chef in a supportive environment.
The hotel has 2AA rosettes for the standard of food on offer and the chefs are continuously looking to improve & impress.
This is a place where if you show you’re dedicated and willing to push on, and most of all, show your loyalty and understanding of your work, then you will be rewarded.
You should have at least 2 years experience in a fast-paced, high-quality kitchen at Chef de Partie level to be successful in this establishment.
Your ability & potential should show with every dish you produce.
You should ideally be qualified to NVQ Level 3 in Professional Cookery & hold a current Food Hygiene Certificate.
Your working background should be award winning restaurants & show a willingness to progress & commitment to your career.
